Returns and Refund Policy

Returns Policy

Right of Withdrawal / Return of Goods

In compliance with Swiss law, the right of withdrawal is not extended to the customer.

Product returns are exclusively permitted when invoking the manufacturer's warranty.

Should the manufacturer decline warranty coverage for reasons it deems unjustifiable, Royal Arms CH assumes no liability for the non-activation of the warranty, placing reliance on the manufacturer's judgment. Consequently, in such instances, Royal Arms CH is unable to accommodate any requests for reimbursement or exchanges.

Manufacturer's Warranty / Guarantees

The primary coverage falls under the manufacturer's warranty.

In case of any manufacturing defects or damages, the product must be returned to us by the customer via post or by coming into the shop itself in Montreux.

The product will be exchanged or repaired as long as you have the receipt. This contractual guarantee excludes the following damages:

  • Products that have been taken apart or altered in any way, shape or form.
  • Damages or any kind of failures/defects attributed to external faults.
  • Damage due to corrosion, oxidation, which can happen if the blade is not cared for in the proper manner.
  • Inappropriate use of products, for example a cracked or dull blade due to excessive force (such as trying to cut a tree down with a sword).

The manufacturer will be the judge to determine whether the repair will be done with or without cost. Only products with a proven defect will be accepted. Otherwise, your product may then be returned to you, at your expense, or your return reclassified for the appropriate reason.

Complaints and Notification

It is the customer's main responsibility to inspect the product(s) upon arrival and to notify Royal Arms CH of any complaints.

All your complaints, if any, must be submitted by sending a letter to our postal address in Montreux or to our email [email protected] within 5 days from receiving your order.

We will do everything in our power to address any valid complaints so our clients can have peace of mind knowing Royal Arms CH is there for all your needs and demands.

Delivery and Risk Transfer

Delivery is considered to have been completed when the product is sent by post to the customer. Once the delivery departs from the depot, the buyer assumes responsibility for associated risks.

The buyer may select their preferred delivery method, with or without a signature. Royal Arms CH strongly advises opting for the signature option to guarantee a secure and personal delivery. Royal Arms CH cannot be held accountable for any package disappearance, damage, or theft once it has been handed over to the carrier.
