Once the delivery departs from the depot, the buyer assumes responsibility for associated risks. The buyer enjoys the freedom to select their preferred delivery method, with or without a signature. Please be aware that Royal Arms CH can not be held accountable for any package disappearance, damage or theft once it has been handed over to the carrier.
Our Showroom is closed on Sundays and Mondays as well as public holidays corresponding to the Swiss national calendar. All orders made on our website during off hours/days will be processed following the next available working day.
Royal Arms CH exempted from delivery obligations in the event of unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure. Floods, fires, earthquakes are considered forces of a majeure event.

In case of any manufacturing defects like damages, the product must be returned to us by the customer via post of by coming into the shop itself in Montreux. The product will be exchanged or repaired as long as you have the receipt. This contractual guarantee excludes the following damages:

Otherwise, your product may then be returned to you, at your expense or your return reclassified for the appropriate reason.
