Once the delivery departs from the depot, the buyer assumes responsibility for associated risks. The buyer enjoys the freedom to select their preferred delivery method, with or without a signature. Our Showroom is closed on Sundays and Mondays as well as public holidays corresponding to the Swiss national calendar. All orders made on our website during off hours/days will be processed following the next available working day.

In case of any manufacturing defects like damages, the product must be returned to us by the customer via post of by coming into the shop itself in Montreux. The product will be exchanged or repaired as long as you have the receipt. This contractual guarantee excludes the following damages:
